I enjoyed the Tech Facilitators meet yesterday afternoon. Lots of good information. I was frustrated to find that the new WordPress sites are being used, but I had heard nothing about this.

Please send us an email when something new goes online so that we can, at least, sound like we have a clue. Also, we like to play with new stuff!

Needed: Resonably priced replacement lamps for LCD Projectors.

Needed: Replacement power cords for D600, D610, D620, and D630 laptops.

I found the article “What is the History of a Website” to be useful and interesting. I had no idea that this was even possible. It also raises some questions. Such as, what are the limits of tracking the history of a website? Another question is if this is another example of “big brother is watching.” While big brother may be watching, I’m also hoping that this helps in bringing people — who are involved in Internet fraud or other Internet crime — to justice. Anyway, I found this articles and the other associated articles very interesting. I was unaware of most of the information in these articles.

I like the links that you gave us for websites that can challenge student and teacher’s evaluation skills of information. I especially like the Northwest coast Pacfic Tree Octopus. It has great scientific vocabulary to make is seem credible. However, the overall article needs careful evaluation to find that this critter is someone’s imaginary animal.
